Richard from The Wix Builder went above and beyond to create a fantastic new website for my company.

I initially contacted The Wix Builder in the hope that they would be able to undertake some tasks to improve the look and performance of our existing website, which I had built myself. Richard took time to understand my requirements and budget, and suggested that instead he could create a new, better designed and more responsive website within that budget.

Richard delivered the new website on time and on budget. He really understood what the business needed and offered a full package, including design of a new logo and visual identity, design and creation of the new site structure, access to licensed images/videos from Adobe, optimisation for SEO and a lot of advice along the way!

Richard communicated in a timely and friendly way by email, without using technical jargon. He was also available for video calls to walk through elements of the site. The site that he built does so much more than I ever hoped for, including the introduction of a useful Content Management System, enabling me to update the site with ease.

I really am delighted with the new site and the expertise that Richard has brought to this project. He really has gone above and beyond. What's more, he genuinely seemed to enjoy working on this site and nothing seemed like too much trouble.

The new website looks modern and professional and I can't wait for customers to start landing on the homepage!

Definitely 5* for service, value for money and quality of the finished product. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Wix Builder.
